Before I purchased my shitty Ford Fiesta, I had no idea what Lemon Law was. My knowledge when it came down to cars breaking down was just, take it to the dealership and get it fixed. Unfortunately when you get a car that just can’t be fixed you get into a never ending loop of calling roadside, hoping that the dealer won’t take too long to fix the car, and praying that a loaner is going to be available. After multiple visits and hours upon hours of being on the phone with numerous service advisors, and even the Service manager and General manager of my local Ford dealer, I was not able to get anywhere. The dealer continuously refused to take back my car and just offered to trade me out of the damn thing, YES! Trade me out of the car and get me into a new car at MY expense. As if this hellish experience was not bad enough, just when I thought the whole experience was unbearable, I was referred over to Ford corporate.I cannot begin to describe the nightmare of being bounced around from one rep to another, trying to speak with anyone that could be in a position of authority that could do something to get me out of my crappy car.
