Alessia Berghoudian, Esq.

Alessia Berghoudian, Associate Attorney at Cali Lemon Lawyers by Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C., graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and a Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College. Alessia is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of California and is a California Dispute Resolution Programs Act certified mediator.

Prior to joining the firm and focusing her practice on consumer protection litigation, Alessia led multiple People Operations teams in the fields of financial technology and logistics, including an Inc 5000 company. In addition to overseeing all aspects of people operations, her role was to provide advice and counsel to organizational leaders on employee relations matters and to address complex employee grievances. She has also been an adjunct instructor at multiple universities, having taught courses in Business and International Law, and Argumentative Writing.
