Sarah Pfeffer is an associate attorney at Cali Lemon Lawyers by Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C.
Sarah’s practice focuses on consumer litigation in state and federal courts. Sarah represents lemon law plaintiffs pursuing warranty and fraud-based claims under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Unfair Competition Law, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the Commercial Code, and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Prior to joining PLS, Sarah worked on trust litigation and employment litigation matters, including arbitration and appellate work. Additionally, Sarah’s prior experience on the defense side, including lemon law work, has bolstered her understanding and capacity as a plaintiffs’-side litigator.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine, School of Law. During law school, Sarah served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Presiding Justice Dennis M. Perluss of the California Court of Appeal. She also worked in the Consumer Law Clinic and the Community & Economic Development Clinic, and participated in Moot Court.
Prior to law school, Sarah was an International Program Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the Commercial Law Development Program, Afghanistan division. There, she designed and implemented capacity-building and technical assistance programs aimed at bolstering international commercial rule of law development in post-conflict and transitioning countries, primarily, Afghanistan and Iraq.
