Jeffrey L. Le Pere is the Senior Managing Attorney at Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. He earned B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and a M.A. in International Human Rights from Simon Greenleaf University. Mr. Le Pere earned his J.D. from University of San Diego. Mr. Le Pere has been practicing in the field of lemon law and auto fraud for almost his entire legal career, this includes 11 years defending manufacturers and dealers in these fields. Some of the manufacturers that Mr. Le Pere has represented include Toyota Motor Sales, General Motors, and American Honda Motor Co Inc. Porsche Cars North America invited Mr. Le Pere to train its dealers in the western region on how to prevent or minimize lemon law filings.
Mr. Le Pere has a specialty of working on breach of warranty claims involving motor homes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers. Mr. Le Pere has also represented RV manufacturers Fleetwood Motorhomes, Winnebago, and National RV, as well as, dealers including Mike Thompson RV, Giant RV, La Mesa RV and Camping World RV Sales.
Mr. Le Pere has additional experience representing consumers in the area of auto fraud, including the dealer’s failure to disclose prior accident damage.
