Athena Nguyen is an attorney specializing in Consumer Protection, also commonly referred to as “Lemon Law.” Athena is the perfect example of hard work and good ethics. Athena has successfully litigated hundreds of cases and yielded over $20 million in lemon law settlements. Athena has taken on giant manufacturers such as Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, General Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, and many others.
While in law school, in addition to being a Dean’s Fellow, Athena also interned at a non-profit organization for seniors and people with disabilities. Her work focused primarily on Elder Abuse, Conservatorship, Probate, Trust Disputes, SSI, and SSDI. Due to her devotion to public service, Athena was awarded the Certificate of Exemplary Public Service at her law school Graduation.
Prior to joining the team, Athena has practiced in a wide range of areas, including, Family Law, Trust and Estates, and Probate Litigation. The one common denominator in all of her prior experiences is her passion to help people. With her clients, she ensures they get the attention and empathy they deserved. As for opposing counsels, she made a point to develop strong relationships built on a foundation of trust and mutual respect.
